HOLY CROSS ST VINCENT DE PAUL THRIFT STORE HAS MOVED
LAS CRUCES — The St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store has been a part of the community for 15 years and we recently moved to a new location at 580 South Valley in the Southwest Trade Center, near the intersection with Amador Street. We are now open five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. The Thrift Store is operated by volunteers from Holy Cross, Our Lady of Purification, Our Lady of Health, and Santa Rosa de Lima Churches.
St. Vincent de Paul is known as the “Society of Second-Hand Stuff.” We recycle your donations of clothing and household items by giving them to the poor, and selling some items at low prices—then using the funds we raise to give financial assistance to the poor and needy. As Catholics we serve the poor with respect and kindness, and as an all-volunteer nonprofit charity we are also cost-effective.
By donating items to our Thrift Store and shopping with us you are helping the poor in Las Cruces, and by recycling you are helping save resources. This winter we are especially in need of blankets, bedding, towels, children’s clothing, and men’s clothing.
