The Human Resources office conducts background Investigations for all employees and volunteers throughout the diocese, receiving forms from the parishes and processing them, creating a file for each individual, keeping files on individuals who have completed background investigation and attended the Safe Environment Workshop by parish, sends results to parishes and processes invoices for each parish and turn in to Finance. Keeps a database for all Background Investigations and Faith Environment Workshop attendees, also assists with data collation and research for annual audit, as well as assisting in all aspects of Human Resource Management. Serves on the Budget Review Committee. The Human Resources Assistant serves as Office Manager, overseeing all the building systems, and directly supervises the maintenance staff and receptionist.
